At Called to Surf, we want you to love your coastal-inspired finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene liners are intact.

  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
